Regarding my most recent work experience was in Teleperformance working for 2 bilingüal campaigns Instacart and Walmart as a cutomer service agent helping(customers from US and Canadá) them with issues in their account, if it was with their order, if they wanted to move charges just to mention some of them, with my skills of being very emphatic and patient with all the customers, they told me multiple times that they were still using the app because of my great service given to them.
