the most important skill is the empathy and how I demonstrate and always, always get the call and listen to the customer, even if I am the customer, yeah? So, no, okay, you are the customer and I am the call center agent, so I don't mind your problem, I don't care, I don't matter, so it's your problem, it's not mine, I'm so sorry, and there is a technician, there is nothing that I can do. No, always, I have tried every, every option that I can do it. Because you know, so are not the same tools that the agent has, not the same option that the supervisor or next level person or worker has.
Okay, well, if we're talking about a machine or a product, is it I go to read the manual, the manual, yeah, and that's it, even if I can't understand or it's not clear the information on the manual, so I watch a YouTube video with the how the product works. But if we're talking about a workflow or if we're talking about a process, yeah, or something in the computer, a YouTube video, yeah. So today we are blessed because we have YouTube and there is nothing, nothing that no one has done and has recorded and there are a manual or a listed by step.
OK, there are several situations, of course, through the years, but come to my mind one time when they want to change the book that they made through a website airline, yeah, but I don't know why they select a English option, yeah. So it was funny, yeah, because, hey, someone, I don't know why, but this person is speaking English, so we select the Spanish option, but OK, no worries, let me help you. And that's it, I confirm the information, yeah, the name, the ID, and that's it. I could change the dates, yeah, that it was one month after the initial date.
OK, you are ready. So, well, there are many situations, yeah, hidden scenarios situation through the years, but well, the first that comes to my mind is my parents had a flight to Mexico, and I don't know why they pushed the option with the customer's department, yeah, in English. So they asked how because I don't know why this person is speaking English, but we select the Spanish, but anyway, OK, so no worries, let me help you. Yeah, I helped them to change the flight, yeah, because they got a problem, a personal situation, and that's it, yeah. I called, changed the date. Actually, it was one month later, yeah, one month after the initial date.
