We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a full-time member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and perform monthly reconciliations. Manage the budgeting process and assist in financial forecasting. Create and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax filings. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide strategic insights. Utilize Excel and other accounting software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Proficient in accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and budgeting. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
