Vanita Acharya is hiring a full-time Accounts Receivable Executive in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This on-site role supports accurate financial records and efficient accounting operations. The selected candidate will help manage receivables, collect outstanding invoices, and maintain the integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and follow up on outstanding invoices to support timely collection.
• Prepare and send billing statements and payment reminders to clients.
• Reconcile accounts and help resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Support accounts receivable activities during audits.
• Work with the finance team on financial reports and forecasts.
• Monitor cash receipts and follow applicable GST and TDS requirements.
• Use MS Excel for financial data entry and record management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; a B.Com degree is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is preferred.
