Admissions Nurse Supervisor M-F - Sign on Bonus Available

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. | No weekends

We are seeking a Transitions of Care (Admissions) Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing services during assigned shifts and help ensure high-quality, safe, and seamless care for residents. This role supports admissions, discharges, transfers, medication reviews, staff development, and day-to-day clinical operations.

What You’ll Do

Assist with rounding, resident assessments, and care coordination.Support smooth admissions, discharges, and transfers.Provide clinical leadership and support during assigned shifts.Conduct medication reviews and provide clear instructions to residents and representatives.Guide, mentor, and evaluate nursing team members.Assist with hiring, onboarding, orientation, and staff development.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Active RN license in Pennsylvania.At least 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in gerontology.At least 1 year of supervisory experience.CPR certification.Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.Strong communication, organization, technology, and customer service skills.
