Agency Recruitment & Growth Manager – Social Entertainment & Live Streaming

About the RoleWe are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Agency Recruitment & Growth Manager to join our expansion team in Colombia. In this role, you will lead the identification, onboarding, and scaling of social entertainment and live streaming agencies. You will act as the key strategic liaison between the platform and agency partners, driving growth, operational success, and overall engagement across the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Acquisition: Proactively source, pitch, and recruit live streaming and social entertainment agencies via social media, professional networks, online communities, and industry outreach.Onboarding & Relationship Management: Introduce platform policies, revenue-sharing models, and partnership opportunities to potential agency leads. Guide new agencies through a smooth onboarding process.Performance & Growth: Monitor and drive post-onboarding performance for partner agencies. Provide ongoing support, account optimization, and strategic guidance to boost output.Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor research (covering product features, agency policies, and operational strategies) and provide actionable insights for platform policy optimization.Training & Enablement: Develop, iterate, and deliver training programs, toolkits, and best practice frameworks for agency managers and talent leads.Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with international cross-functional teams across various time zones to align operational strategies and regional goals.
Qualifications & ExperienceIndustry Background: Prior experience in live streaming, social entertainment apps, creator economy, agency operations, talent management, or partner business development.Execution & Drive: Strong target-driven mindset with proven execution capability and analytical problem-solving skills.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.Adaptability: High adaptability to work efficiently in cross-cultural, cross-timezone remote environments.Technical Readiness: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote collaboration.
