📍 Location: Atlanta,. Ga (Work Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.)

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
Lead complex software development and digital platform implementation projects.
Manage Agile project delivery, sprint planning, product backlogs, and release management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Software Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Data Specialists, Business Owners, and external technology partners.
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for sprint tracking, backlog management, and Agile project execution.
Experience with Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
Manage product development from MVP through production releases.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-enabled applications, personalization systems, or data-intensive digital products.
Exposure to EdTech, Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning technologies, or workforce development platforms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Canvas, including integrations and data workflows.
Familiarity with Figma or similar UX/UI design and prototyping tools.
Experience with dashboards, reporting, and project performance tracking.
🔹 Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 5 years of recent relevant Project Management experience, with progressive levels of responsibility.
Must be eligible to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
