Are you passionate about transforming business operations through Artificial Intelligence? We are seeking an experienced AI Business Process Engineer to bridge the gap between AI technology and real-world healthcare operations.
What You'll Do:
✅ Analyze and optimize current business and clinical workflows
✅ Design AI-enabled future-state processes with Human-in-the-Loop frameworks
✅ Partner with AI Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams
✅ Drive AI adoption, operational readiness, and change management initiatives
✅ Create process maps, SOPs, and workflow documentation using BPMN, Visio, and Lucidchart
✅ Lead process-focused UAT and ensure seamless integration into daily operations
✅ Measure success through workflow efficiency, user adoption, and business outcomes
