Job description
Requirements
- 3+ Years AI/ML | Recent 2–3 Years Financial Services / Investment Banking
- Total 8+ years
- Strong AI/ML amp; Advanced Analytics experience
- Machine learning models for AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring amp; financial crime
- Hands-on data analysis with large transactional datasets
- Feature engineering, model training, evaluation amp; tuning
- Experience with precision, recall amp; false-positive reduction
- Model validation, monitoring, drift amp; performance analysis
- Strong understanding of data quality and model inputs
- Experience creating BRDs amp; Data Mapping Documents
- Strong requirements gathering and business documentation skills
- Jira / Agile experience
- UAT, testing amp; production release support
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Recent finance / investment banking experience is mandatory
- Must be local to the Boston/Quincy/Burlington area
