Tasks

• Deploy and manage enterprise AI and SaaS platforms at scale.
• Automate infrastructure management and system integrations.
• Manage identity, access, and enterprise security controls.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve production incidents.
• Support AI governance, compliance, and operational processes.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ Years
• US Citizens, Green Card Holders, and GC EAD Only
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS
• OpenAI Enterprise, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude
• Enterprise SaaS Deployment & Administration
• Cloud / Collaboration Platforms
• Python, PowerShell & Automation
• IAM, SSO, Entra ID / Azure AD
• SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Enterprise Security Controls
• Splunk, Grafana, Monitoring & Alerting
• API Integration, Data Extraction & Transformation
• Reusable Data Pipelines & Reporting
• Production Support & Incident Management
• AI Governance, Compliance & Model Management
• 8+ years supporting enterprise technology platforms or SaaS products
• 3+ years implementing or administering cloud or collaboration platforms
• 1+ year of AI experience
• Strong scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and communication skills
