AI Platform Engineer

Tasks

• Deploy and manage enterprise AI and SaaS platforms at scale.
• Automate infrastructure management and system integrations.
• Manage identity, access, and enterprise security controls.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve production incidents.
• Support AI governance, compliance, and operational processes.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years supporting enterprise technology platforms or SaaS products
• 3+ years implementing or administering cloud or collaboration platforms
• 1+ year of AI experience
• Strong scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• US Citizens, Green Card Holders, and GC EAD Only
• OpenAI Enterprise, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude
• Enterprise SaaS Deployment & Administration, Cloud / Collaboration Platforms, Python, PowerShell & Automation
• IAM, SSO, Entra ID / Azure AD, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Enterprise Security Controls
• Splunk, Grafana, Monitoring & Alerting, API Integration, Data Extraction & Transformation, Reusable Data Pipelines & Reporting, Production Support & Incident Management
• AI Governance, Compliance & Model Management
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
