We are hiring for full time (Monday- Friday) apartment maintenance in Wausau, WI.

Must have valid driver's license. Must be willing to use personal phone. Must have previous maintenance experience and/or training.
Possess working knowledge of general repairs including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, electrical, flooring, drywall, painting, lawn care, doors and windows, etc. Have a working knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
Complete unit cleaning and maintenance before next occupancy starts, following a tenant leaving their residency.
Seasonal duties: Complete snow removal and salting/sanding within 24 hours at required units after a snow, Sunday-Saturday.
Do mowing as needed at all properties during the summer.
