Architectural + Interior Design Drafter

Tasks

• We’re seeking a skilled, detail-oriented drafter to support our residential projects, translating design concepts into precise, construction-ready drawings and documentation.
• Preparing construction documents, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, and detailed millwork drawings.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional architectural or interior drafting experience, although demonstrated skill and technical ability matter more to us than years in the industry
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or comparable drafting software
• A working knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing
• Strong organizational skills, technical accuracy, and the ability to work independently
• An eye for design and an understanding of how architectural details contribute to the overall aesthetic
• Candidates must be locally based and available for in-person meetings, site visits, field measurements, and project coordination throughout Ventura County and the greater Los Angeles area, from Ventura to locations across LA.

• Project-based collaboration with the potential for an ongoing professional relationship.

• Portions of drafting work may be completed remotely, but regular in-person availability is essential.
