Thomas Fike is hiring a full-time Assistant Project Manager in Temple, Texas. This on-site role supports project planning, coordination, documentation, and delivery, helping teams complete impactful projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, execution, and delivery, tracking schedules and scope.
• Coordinate with team members to monitor progress and maintain alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and other documentation.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
• Lead project meetings to review milestones and encourage team engagement.
• Support the Senior Project Manager with resource allocation and task assignments.
• Monitor project budgets and assist with financial reporting.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least two years of experience in project management or a related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with certifications such as PMP or CAPM is a plus.

Team and Reporting

Compensation and Employment
