Job description
Requirements
- 10+ years of significant structural engineering experience
- Experience leading structural engineering projects or teams across multiple sectors
- Strong experience leading projects through the construction phase
- PE and/or SE license required
- Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering or related field
- Experience with structural analysis and design of building systems
- Strong client relationship and project delivery experience
- Experience mentoring engineering and drafting staff
- Experience with site observations, site meetings, and contractor coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong leadership and business development/work-winning interest
- USC / Green Card ONLY
