Job description

Requirements

10+ years of significant structural engineering experience
Experience leading structural engineering projects or teams across multiple sectors
Strong experience leading projects through the construction phase
PE and/or SE license required
Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering or related field
Experience with structural analysis and design of building systems
Strong client relationship and project delivery experience
Experience mentoring engineering and drafting staff
Experience with site observations, site meetings, and contractor coordination
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Strong leadership and business development/work-winning interest
