Key Duties:Assist with and progressively handle general liability and insurance defense mattersConduct discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare for depositionsSupport and participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparationWork closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communicationBuild foundational litigation skills across a variety of defense files
Requirements:JD and active Florida bar1–4 years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience (strong recent graduates with relevant experience considered)Strong writing, research, and organizational skillsEagerness to develop trial and courtroom abilities
