Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and purchase options.
• Plan and carry out sales activities to work toward monthly and quarterly targets.
• Present vehicles and demonstrate their features and benefits.
• Negotiate sales terms, complete transactions, and provide attentive customer service.
• Stay informed about vehicle models, automotive market developments, and industry trends.
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the service department to support customer satisfaction after purchase.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, customer service, communication, sales strategy, and time-management skills.
• Previous sales experience is preferred; automotive sales experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred.
• A record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable.

Compensation and Opportunity
