AWS Data & AI Technical Lead

Requirements

• 10+ Years Overall | 4+ Years in Technical Leadership
• Amazon S3, S3 Tables, Glue, Athena; Lambda, Step Functions, DMS; Lake Formation, IAM, API Gateway; CloudFront, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, ECR
• Enterprise Data Lakehouse & Medallion Architecture; Apache Iceberg (Tables, Catalogs & Query Engines); AWS CDK (Python) & Infrastructure as Code; Python, PySpark & Production-Level Development; Apache Airflow / AWS MWAA
• Amazon Bedrock & Agentic AI; RAG Architecture & Vector Search; Embedding Models & Document Intelligence; Natural Language to SQL / Query Translation
• RBAC & ABAC Access Control; AWS IAM & Identity Federation; AWS Lake Formation & Fine-Grained Access Control; Cross-Account Access & Trusted Identity Propagation
• Strong technical leadership and architecture ownership.
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent client-facing communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and present solutions to enterprise clients.
• Candidates currently based in Texas (Houston, Spring, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and nearby locations).
