Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including coffee machines, utensils, and dining spaces. Educate customers about different types of coffee and brewing techniques, showcasing your knowledge of flavors and profiles. Assist in inventory management, including the restocking of supplies and ensuring quality control of ingredients. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and address any customer concerns promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong brewing skills and a solid understanding of coffee knowledge. Excellent tasting ability and sensory skills Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes is a plus.
