BI Analytics Engineer

About the role

Vaiticka is seeking a BI Analytics Engineer to develop advanced Tableau dashboards and deliver clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern Tableau dashboards using best-practice UI/UX design, interactivity, and performance optimization.
• Work with business partners to understand analytical needs and translate them into scalable, actionable BI solutions.
• Use Snowflake, EDW structures, and SSMS to prepare, optimize, and validate reporting and analytics datasets.
• Share clear, consumable data insights with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advise on data storytelling, KPI design, and dashboard usability.
• Manage multiple high-complexity projects, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Coach and mentor BI team members in Tableau best practices, data modeling, and analytical methodology.
• Oversee and enhance custom reporting capabilities for quality, scalability, and long-term value.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in data ingestion, cleansing, modeling, and visualization techniques.
• Use product and business knowledge to recommend streamlined, efficient analytical approaches.
