Job description
VDart is seeking a skilled Bilingual Contact Center Specialist for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity in Austin, TX . Join our innovative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products and services in English and Spanish. Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and technical support to ensure timely issue resolution. Accurately document customer interactions and transactions using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to identify common customer issues and suggest improvements. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies. Help develop customer service scripts and FAQs to enhance response efficiency. Achieve key performance indicators including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications or customer service is a plus. Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish, written and verbal. Experience with customer service software and tools. 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
