Job description
Tasks
- Conduct interviews workshops and data analysis to collect functional and nonfunctional requirements from business stakeholders
- Create and maintain clear documentation including Business Requirements Documents BRDs functional specifications process flowcharts and user stories for backlog grooming
- Analyze current workflows identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and recommend process reengineering or automation strategies
- Serve as a bridge between nontechnical business units and technicaldevelopment teams to clarify requirements and track progress
- Support Quality Assurance QA and lead User Acceptance Testing UAT by creating test scripts and validating that delivered solutions meet business standards
- Utilize reporting and visualization tools to build dashboards track Key Performance Indicators KPIs and present insights to senior leadership
- Assist project managers with scope tracking risk management CIDAR items and AgileScrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
