Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from patients and healthcare partners, providing accurate and timely information. Exhibit empathy and active listening to effectively address patient needs and concerns. Document all interactions in the healthcare information system, ensuring strict HIPAA compliance. Work closely with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance service quality. Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards. Stay informed on healthcare policies and procedures to guide callers accurately. Engage in continuous training to improve skills and healthcare knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Experience in call center environments, preferably in healthcare. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
