• Stay updated on labor market trends to inform clients about potential career opportunities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in career counseling or coaching preferred.
• Knowledge of job market trends and employment best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and career development software/tools.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role preferred.
