About the Role
We seek a dynamic Senior Sales Manager with 8–10 years of proven experience in sales within NBFCs, Banks, Wealth Management, or Real Estate sectors. You will be instrumental in driving client acquisition, managing long-term relationships, and promoting diverse financial products including NBFC loans, mutual funds, and real estate investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Expand business through strategic networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Relationship Management: Maintain high customer satisfaction and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Financial Products Promotion: Advocate a broad portfolio of financial products to meet client needs.
- Performance Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8–10 years of sales experience in financial sectors such as NBFCs, Banks, Wealth Management, or Real Estate.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Consultative, customer-centric mindset with high energy and integrity.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
