Caregiver Personal Supports Staff

Assist with daily living and personal support needs
Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
Assist with community outings and activities
Encourage independence and life skills development
Assist with appointments, errands, and recreational activities
Promote the individual's health, safety, and well-being
Complete required daily service documentation and progress notes
Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with the individual and family
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Florida Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Must successfully pass a Level 2 Background Check
CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Dependable, patient, responsible, and compassionate
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
