About the role

AeternZ Semiconductor Testing Corporation (AZ) is seeking a hands-on engineer to oversee construction progress and transition into a long-term facility operations and maintenance role.

Tasks

• Oversee construction progress.
• Transition into a long-term facility operations and maintenance (O&M) role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising or overseeing construction activities in industrial facilities.
• Working knowledge of applicable U.S. construction codes, local building regulations, and OSHA safety standards.
• Willingness and ability to transition from construction supervision into a long-term facility operations and maintenance (O&M) role.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus, particularly for communication with Taiwan-based management and expatriate project leadership.
