K’S Anytime is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cloud Kitchen and Home Food Delivery Manager to join our innovative food delivery team in Surat, Gujarat, India. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cloud kitchen operations to guarantee smooth food preparation and prompt delivery service.
• Lead and supervise kitchen staff by providing training, support, and performance feedback to boost productivity.
• Manage inventory by tracking supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels to meet kitchen demands.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to optimize routes and reduce delivery times effectively.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues to uphold high service quality standards.
• Develop and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredient availability.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; culinary training or food service management coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen management or food delivery operations.
• Strong culinary skills with thorough knowledge of food safety standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software is advantageous.
