Cloud Kitchen Manager in Surat, Gujarat

K’S Anytime is hiring a full-time Cloud Kitchen and Home Food Delivery Manager in Surat, Gujarat, India. In this on-site role, you will manage daily cloud kitchen operations and help deliver quality meals and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff; evaluate performance and encourage productivity.
• Monitor inventory, track supplies, and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Apply and uphold kitchen health and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with delivery services to improve routes and reduce delivery times.
• Review customer feedback and resolve concerns to maintain service quality.
• Develop and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma required; culinary training or food service management coursework preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in food service or management, with kitchen management or food delivery experience preferred.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory systems and point-of-sale software is a plus.
