Pinki Mondal is hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Manager in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This on-site role leads an insurance sales team, supports business development, and helps drive client satisfaction and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage insurance sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business development goals.
• Coach team members, evaluate performance, and support their professional development.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and strengthen client engagement.
• Track team performance metrics, analyze results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build client relationships, understand insurance needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on team performance, market trends, and business opportunities for senior management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or graduation in any discipline is preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading insurance sales initiatives.
• Strong business development, strategic planning, and team leadership skills.
• An IRDA license or other relevant industry certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with software and tools used in insurance sales and team management.
