Operation Theater Manager – Cuttack, Odisha, India

Sanjukta Singh is hiring a full-time Operation Theater Manager in Cuttack, Odisha, India. Lead the day-to-day operation of surgical facilities, support safe and efficient procedures, and help deliver high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operating theater operations, efficient workflows, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate surgical schedules and procedures with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff.
• Implement and maintain sterilization protocols to help protect patients and staff.
• Monitor surgical supplies and equipment inventory and place orders as needed.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing training and support to the operating room team.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives for surgical services.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operating Room Technology or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in surgical management, particularly sterilization techniques.
• Knowledge of software tools used in surgical settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Operating Room Management or related certifications are preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
