Sanjukta Singh is hiring a dedicated and experienced Operation Theater Manager in Cuttack, Odisha, India. This full-time role involves managing daily surgical operations, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of care within the operation theater.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation theater activities ensuring efficient workflow and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate surgical schedules with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff.
• Implement and maintain strict sterilization protocols for patient and staff safety.
• Manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment, including ordering as needed.
• Conduct staff evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to the operation theater team.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and health and safety regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance surgical services.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operating Room Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in surgical management with emphasis on sterilization techniques.
• Familiarity with software tools used in surgical environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Preferred certifications in Operating Room Management or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role preferred.
