Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone and email about outstanding balances and payment reminders.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and follow up to support timely collections.
• Record client interactions and payment agreements accurately in the CRM system.
• Review overdue accounts and plan appropriate collection approaches.
• Coordinate collection goals and reporting with the finance team.
• Prepare and send collection documents and notices.
• Resolve payment questions and disputes efficiently and professionally.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling client situations.
• Effective time management and ability to manage multiple accounts and due dates.
• Experience in a similar collections role is an advantage.

Team and Reporting
