Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Tally Courses. Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels while maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Understand client needs and customize course recommendations accordingly. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close sales effectively. Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful sales strategies and promotional content. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success. Provide valuable feedback on customer insights and market trends to management for continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, especially in education or technology sectors. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to new software. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
