Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Tally Courses.
• Generate and manage leads through multiple channels, maintaining detailed interaction records.
• Understand prospective clients’ needs and customize solutions accordingly.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional content.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Provide management with customer feedback and market insights to influence future course offerings.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior sales experience preferred, especially in education or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new software.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
