Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed monthly sales targets. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction. Create and deliver tailored sales presentations aligned with client needs. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve sales performance. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches. Report weekly sales activities and results to management with actionable insights. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. Preferred experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a related industry. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
