Collection Recovery Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and drive timely recovery
- Conduct calls, follow-ups and field visits to negotiate repayment plans and defaulting clients
- Carry out skip tracing to locate customers who have become untraceable
- Liaise with each stage of legal processes and implementation of other recovery-related activities where required

Must Have Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in collections/recovery, preferably in microfinance or banking
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in collection software/CRM and MS Excel (reporting tools)
