Prestigious Charlotte Commercial Real Estate firm is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a high-end office property. You will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including operations, tenant engagement, vendor management, budgeting, financial reporting, and enhancing asset value and performance. Salary up to $110k a year plus bonus!
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with client leadership teams, operational teams, and tenantsLead property support staff by conducting regular meetings to review service expectations, brainstorm, and problem solve, etc.Build and maintain strong tenant relationships while addressing service requests and property issues.Oversee vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service delivery.Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Review financial statements, approve invoices, and monitor property performance against budget.Manage CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, collections, and delinquency follow-up.Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and minor tenant improvement projects.Assist with leasing activities, lease negotiations, and property tours as needed.Qualifications:3+ years’ experience in commercial property managementGreat Communication skills both written and verbalBachelor's degree preferred
