Job description

Hiring immediately for a full-time Call Center Sales Advisor in Santa Fe de Antioquia, Antioquia, Colombia. Applicants must have at least two months of experience selling tangible or intangible products or services.

Responsibilities and qualifications

  • Conduct sales activities and work toward weekly targets.
  • Have a high school diploma, technical certificate, or technologist qualification.
  • Bring at least two months of sales experience with tangible or intangible offerings.

Pay and incentives

  • Base salary: $1.300.000, plus transportation allowance.
  • Unlimited commissions based on meeting targets.
  • Weekly incentives are available.

Schedule and training

  • Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., plus three hours on Saturdays.
  • Meet the weekly target and you can take Saturday off.
  • No Sundays or public holidays.
  • Four days of training with a paid allowance.

This is an on-site position in Santa Fe de Antioquia; remote work is not offered.
