Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the company's accounting and financial reporting functions. This role will oversee the month-end close process, financial statement preparation, budgeting, cash management, internal controls, and audit coordination while partnering with executive leadership to support business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day accounting operationsOversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesPrepare and analyze financial statementsLead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementMaintain and improve internal controls and accounting proceduresCoordinate external audits and tax filingsMentor and develop accounting staffProvide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance12+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExcellent communication and organizational abilities
