Credit Card Sales Representative – Ghāziābād, Uttar Pradesh

Ridhi global employment services is hiring a full-time Credit Card Sales Representative in Ghāziābād, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this on-site role, you will promote credit card products from SBI, PNB, and Bank of Baroda, help customers identify suitable options, and contribute to sales growth through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell SBI, PNB, and Bank of Baroda credit card products to prospective customers.
• Assess customer needs and explain relevant card features and benefits.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to encourage continued business.
• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service and support customer satisfaction.
• Work toward and exceed sales targets using effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Share market trends and customer feedback to help improve product offerings.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Sales or customer service experience; banking or financial services experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of customers.
• Knowledge of credit card products and financial regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency with sales software and Microsoft Office.

Team and Compensation

You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with marketing and operations colleagues. Compensation is 20000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position in Ghāziābād, Uttar Pradesh, India.
