Position Details

• Job type: Full-time independent contractor
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: 100% remote; hiring in Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time
• Pay: $8–$10 USD per hour, plus performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls from existing agency clients.
• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process from start to finish.
• Follow up on documents and ensure required paperwork is complete.
• Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
• Identify potential cross-selling opportunities and refer qualified clients to licensed insurance agents.
• Build positive, long-term client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, virtual assistance, call centers, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills.
• Ability to work the stated schedule in Pacific Time.

This is a full-time independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and statutory benefits in their country of residence. Company-sponsored employee benefits do not apply.
