Customer Service Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Be the friendly voice for all inbound & outbound & customer service needs
• Schedule updates and book new consultations
• Manage social media messages and comments
• Coordinate and relay project schedules to crew leads
• Keep customers informed from estimate to completion
• Help improve systems, processes and organization
• as we continue to grow
• Handle other administrative and organizational tasks

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and practiced with problem
solving
• Comfortable with phones, email, social media and scheduling tools
• Able to multitask and solve problems
• Experience in customer service, scheduling or a similar role is a plus
