About the role
Milwaukee Fence Finders is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support customer service, scheduling, project coordination, and administrative organization.
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly voice for inbound and outbound customer service needs.
- Schedule updates and book new consultations.
- Manage social media messages and comments.
- Coordinate and relay project schedules to crew leads.
- Keep customers informed from estimate to completion.
- Help improve systems, processes, and organization as the company continues to grow.
