Tasks
- Assist the Grocery Manager to ensure exceptional customer service on the front-end is maintained and assist customers with related needs.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with all department managers in finding a solution.
- Perform opening and closing duties and prioritize loss prevention standards.
- Help train new employees and ensure all Team Members are meeting performance standards.
