Join our intermodal trucking team.

Tasks

• Communicate with customers, drivers, rail terminals, and dispatch to coordinate shipments.
• Track loads and provide timely shipment updates.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries and monitor appointment times.
• Resolve service issues, delays, and other transportation-related concerns.
• Enter shipment information, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide professional, friendly, and responsive customer service.

Requirements

• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Previous trucking, transportation, logistics, or intermodal experience is a plus.
