Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous service improvement. Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer concerns effectively. Stay updated on product changes and service updates to deliver optimal support. Achieve or exceed performance targets such as response times and customer satisfaction scores. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Comfortable using phone and computer systems; experience with customer service software is a plus. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Flexible availability, especially during peak periods.
