Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions that meet company standards. Provide clear and detailed product and service information, guiding customers to understand features and benefits effectively. Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact to maintain satisfaction ratings above 90%.
