DAS Support Specialist

About the role

Support a growing Distributed Antenna System (DAS) portfolio and manage relationships with DAS vendors, carriers, and system integrators.

Requirements

• DAS portfolio support and lifecycle management
• DAS partner, vendor, and carrier relationship management
• Wireless/telecom infrastructure and in-building coverage
• 3+ years of experience in wireless, telecom, DAS, small cells, or carrier infrastructure
• Knowledge of DAS architectures, RF fundamentals, and 4G/5G technologies
• Experience with vendor management, SLAs, escalations, and project coordination
• Familiarity with site onboarding, commissioning, incident management, and technical documentation
• Experience with ServiceNow, inventory management, and reporting tools
• Nice to Have: iBwave, CWNA, or DAS vendor certifications
• Public safety DAS / ERRCS experience
• Neutral-host or multi-carrier DAS experience
• ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification
