Data Scientist

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–10 years of applied Data Science experience
- Proven experience building and deploying ML models into production
- Strong expertise in Python & SQL
- Experience with predictive modeling (LTV, propensity, lookalike, estimation models)
- Strong Data Engineering fundamentals (ETL pipelines, data cleaning & data modeling)
- Experience at a VC-backed startup, leading tech company, hedge fund, or similar high-performance environment
- MS or PhD in a quantitative field (Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.)
- Technical degree from a top-ranked university preferred
- Available to work 5 days/week on-site in New York City

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Dagster, dbt, or Airflow
- Databricks, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong adaptability
- Experience delivering real-world, production-ready AI & Machine Learning solutions
