About the role
Tripleck is recruiting for an experienced Invoice Clerk to join an established motor dealership. The role requires an understanding of the dealership environment and its processes, with accurate invoicing and administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and administration with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Previous motor dealership invoicing experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of new and used vehicle invoicing.
- DMS experience and computer literacy.
- Strong numerical and administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is advantageous.
