Job description
Tasks
- Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring reliable operation of endpoint and mobile architecture systems, including MS Intune, Azure AD, and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Builds and delivers application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager, handles urgent support issues, and acts as escalation point for endpoint device incidents.
- Manages Azure and Azure Admin portal, creates training materials, and mentors support staff.
- Provides KPI reporting, identifies trends, and recommends system enhancements to improve IT support.
