About the role
Jeff Bourbon is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual for cattle ranch duties. Prior cattle, ranch, or haying experience is preferred, but attitude and willingness to learn are important.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily cattle care and receive and start ranch-direct and sale barn cattle.
- Monitor cattle health, condition, and performance.
- Process, receive, and ship cattle.
- Rotate cattle through pastures and manage grazing.
- Maintain fencing and pastures.
- Bale hay during the summer and operate and maintain haying equipment.
- Handle equipment and ranch maintenance and general ranch duties as needed.

- Be dependable, willing to work, and comfortable handling cattle and livestock.
- Be able to work outdoors during summer.
- Have a good work ethic and attention to detail.
